Before you’re dispatched, the manufacturer’s RAPP correspondent has already pulled the roof’s report: when it last rained, and every access logged through the portal. You arrive knowing whether you’re looking at a roof leak or somebody’s condensate line.
Every call you run is logged for the full term of the warranty.
The report documents what you found and what you did — and the roof access log shows who else has been up there. If a problem later turns out to be someone else’s, the record says so.

Manufacturers offer the RAPP Maintenance System through their approved contractors. Once you’re approved, you can sell and deliver it: a scheduled inspection and report, uploaded to the portal as the building owner’s proof that a maintenance plan is in place.
