The program starts the day the warranty is issued and runs the full term. Here is what that looks like from the factory.
Set in place by your own field inspectors, before the warranty is issued.
At final inspection, a RAPP warning sign and placard is placed at the roof access. Your field inspector signs in to the RAPP portal from the physical site, launches the program, and is recorded in your portal. Nothing changes about how you issue warranties — the coverage just arrives with a record attached.
Every newly issued warranty in the company, tracked from one office.
RAPP sets up a factory portal for tracking all newly issued warranties, and trains your employees to run it. Precipitation over .25" is recorded against every roof, so a trained correspondent can tell a condensation issue from a roof that is actually leaking.
A written report on every leak, for as long as the warranty runs.
All leak calls come through the portal to you. Even when a leak is phoned in, your employee records it, creating a documented report. Your correspondent can pull the roof’s history before dispatching anyone — when it last rained, and every access logged since the warranty was issued.

RAPP trains your approved contractors on the portal: signing in and out of the job, and providing everything needed to assess the leak. A non-compliant contractor can be refused payment for their services. Forced compliance = control. If used properly, you and your approved contractor can also know when a competitor is on the roof.
Almost all manufacturers’ warranties strongly recommend an approved maintenance plan, but don’t define what one looks like. RAPP provides the plan: an annual or semi-annual inspection and report, uploaded to your portal as proof it is in place. That documents the owner’s compliance — or refused compliance — and can support non-payment of a future problem the warranty doesn’t cover.
